If you can’t find your password: When you initially made your purchase, you should have received a thank you email listing your username and password. Please check your spam folder first. If you still can’t find your username and password, please contact Customer Service.

If you are having trouble finding your purchased classes: All of your courses are located on your Dashboard which you can find here: Once you’ve logged in, you’ll be able to see all of the classes you have purchased.

To change your Be Open status or to cancel your subscription, simple log in to Be Open and navigate to the My Account link. From there, you’ll be able to update make all changes to your account.

Questions about Private Sessions with Danielle:

Danielle no longer offers private animal readings outside of her school. If you would like a Soul Level Animal CommunicationTMTM reading, please visit the Practitioner’s page on Danielle’s website to choose from one of Danielle’s recommended Certified Soul Level Animal CommunicationTMTM Practitioners.

Danielle does offer ongoing private Intuitive Soul Level Coaching to any student of the Danielle MacKinnon School. If you are one of Danielle’s students, you can book block of coaching calls by emailing the office at

Infrequently, Danielle will see a client for an emergency session. (Please note Danielle does not locate missing animals.) If you would like to apply for a potential emergency session, ($495/55 minutes), please fill out this form below, however note that Danielle’s schedule is very full and most emergency requests cannot be honored:

To Change or Cancel an Appointment

Clients who miss appointments and/or are greater than 15 minutes late will forfeit their appointments and are charged the full fee for the service. To change an existing appointment, please email us at at least 72-hours prior to your appointment. Provided you adhere to the 72 business hour change policy, your session can be re-booked to a new date within 1 month of the first reservation.  A session may not be rescheduled more than two times.
