To book an appointment or to sign up for one of Danielle’s classes or events, please call us. The office is open from 8am – 8pm ET Monday-Friday. Before calling please be sure you have your credit card on hand as we cannot hold sessions otherwise. Also, most questions are answered on the Session Preparation page (including questions about SKYPE, recording sessions, which type of session to choose and more). If you are interested in Danielle’s coaching sessions please book several appointments at once as Danielle’s schedule booked months in advance. You are also welcome to inquire about our waiting list. Clients located outside of North America may also email us to schedule their appointment although we do prefer scheduling via phone.
Upon scheduling, you will receive a confirmation email. You will also be charged your non-refundable $100 deposit which will be deducted from the cost of your appointment. 48-business hours prior to your session, your credit card will be charged the remaining balance.
To cancel or change an existing appointment, please call us. We have a strict 48 business-hour cancellation/changeĀ policy. Cancellations are ONLY accepted through our reception desk. Email cancellations cannot be honored. The $100 non-refundable deposit will not be refunded but can be credited to your re-scheduled appointment, provided you adhered to our cancellation policy.
