Session Preparation

The best sessions are those in which the client has properly prepared. Please read through the following information so that you are “ready” for your session at session time. Sometimes just browsing this page can be helpful to calming nerves. Danielle also runs a strict cancellation policy so please become familiar with that as well.

General Info
All session times are given out in Eastern Time Zone and all sessions are 55-minutes long. At session time, Danielle will call all US and Canada clients for their individual sessions including any international clients who are using  SKYPE (audio only – not video). The SKYPE ID must be in your file 48 business hours (i.e. weekends don’t count) prior to your session in order for us to use it. Clients outside the US/Canada who do not have SKYPE are expected to call Danielle at their own expense. Due to call quality problems, Danielle does not do sessions via speaker phone.

Recording Sessions
Clients (who want recordings) are responsible for recording their own sessions. To record your session, please visit a free recording site (such as FreeConferenceCall.com) where you’ll be given a free conference call number and access code.  Just call us at least 48-business hours prior to your session to apply this information to your file. This free service is now available to many countries outside of the US and Canada so please check FreeConferenceCall.com to see if your country is part of the expanded service area. If you are located outside of the US and Canada be sure to provide us with the US number for the call, not the international number you are given at registration.

Please call your free conference line several minutes prior to your session and begin recording before Danielle comes on the line. If you are using FreeConferenceCall.com, be sure to push (*) after your pin number rather than (#) as you won’t be able to record if you push (#). Please refer to the FreeConferenceCall.com website for support on recordings. Danielle is not responsible for recordings or recording issues.

Guide Session Preparation
For the most successful session, it is best to be prepared to talk about several different subjects. Please pay attention the week prior to your first session as you’ll find that the “subjects” to talk about become obvious. Often things come to a head or “explode” just in time for your appointment. Your spiritual guides will ensure an awareness of exactly what to address in the session. Spend some time writing out questions and have your list ready for the beginning of the session in addition to pen and paper for note taking. For a Soul Contract Reading, please have some idea of which relationships you would like to look at during the session.

Animal Reading Session Preparation
It’s always helpful to prepare your pet beforehand whenever possible. Let your pet know that “Danielle will be talking with you on [Monday].” This allows the pet time to get ready and also opens up a channel of communication between you and your pet that may not have been activated before. Animals prepared in this way usually open to this form of communication with a human more easily–which, in turn, allows for more conversation to take place during the session. Your pet does not have to be present during the session – nor does he or she even have to be awake. Please have paper and pen ready to write down any remedies, homework or other important pieces that come up during the session (or you can record the session – see above).

Cancellation Policy
A valid credit card is required to reserve a session. Cancellations made less than 48 business hours prior to the scheduled session will be charged the full amount of the session to the credit card on hand. This means that if you have a Monday 9am appointment, you must call us to cancel by Thursday 8:59am ET to successfully cancel. Missed appointments, late arrivals and early departures are charged the full fee for the appointment. No exceptions. Clients more than 15 minutes late for an appointment will forfeit their appointment and be charged the full cost of the session.
