General Info

For all phone sessions, please provide a working phone number for Danielle to call at the appointed time. Note: International clients are expected to call Danielle at her office at the appointed time. Quiet is very important. Distractions such as children, TV’s, cell phones and other devices are strongly discouraged. Sessions are not recorded, therefore clients are expected to take their own notes.

For in-person live sessions taking place at Danielle's office, please do not show up early. Danielle's office does not have a waiting room, so showing up early will result in the disturbance of the client's session already in process. Additionally, animals are not allowed at Danielle's office therefore if you would like Danielle to work with your animal in person, please check her calendar to see if she will be offering live-sessions in an area near you or work with Danielle's assistant Theresa to schedule Danielle to come to your home.

Cancellation Policy

A Credit card is required to reserve a session. Cancellations made less than 24 business hours prior to the scheduled session will be charged the full amount of the session to the credit card on hand. (Example: for a Monday appointment, the cancellation must occur the Friday prior.) Missed appointments will also be charged to the credit card. No exceptions. It will be at Danielle's discretion whether to continue working with a client who missed an appointment. The fee for the session will always be charged for the fully scheduled appointment regardless of tardiness or premature departure, and it is not possible for your appointment to go over the scheduled time. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you will lose your slot. In other words, please be courteous of Danielle's time and respect your own commitment to doing this work.
Inclement weather: in the case of bad weather, in-person sessions will take place via the phone at the regularly scheduled time.

Session Fees

Pre-payment or a credit card number is required to hold every appointment. Sessions are $104/hour. Any session that goes over will be charged in 15 minute increments. The fee is calculated based on the scheduled start time, therefore it is to your advantage to be at your appointment at the scheduled start time. Credit card payments will be taken the day of your appointment usually prior to 2pm and can be made through credit card (MC, Visa, AMEX). Alternatively, payment can also be made through Paypal prior to the session via the Session Sign-Up form. The fee for the session will always be charged for the fully scheduled appointment regardless of tardiness or premature departure.

In-Person Appointments

In-person appointments are not necessary, although often preferred by the client. Phone sessions are just as effective as in-person sessions and Danielle works with clients all over the world who have never met her in person. However, for those clients who do schedule an in-person appointment at Danielle's home-office, it is important to arrive on-time, not early. If you arrive early to your appointment (even 5 minutes), please wait until your scheduled time to come to the door as early arrival will result in the disturbance of the client's session already in process.

Guide Session and Intuitive Coaching Preparation

For the most successful session, it is best to be prepared to talk about several different subjects. Clients who pay attention the week prior to their first session find that the "subjects" to talk about are very prominent in their lives. Often things come to a head or "explode" just in time for the session. The client's guides will ensure an awareness of exactly what to address in the session. Time should be spent writing out questions and the list should be ready for the beginning of the session. During the session, have additional paper and pen ready for note taking. Sessions are not recorded, however, clients are free to record the session on their own. Most clients do not remember everything that is said so a written record is essential. This is especially important as the client may not realize the significance of something until weeks after the session.

Animal Communication Session Preparation

It is helpful for the client to prepare his or her animal beforehand. In the most successful session, the client lets their pet know that "Danielle will be talking with them about their lives on Monday". This allows the pet to get ready and also opens up a channel of communication between the client and the pet that may not have been activated before. Animals prepared beforehand usually open to this form of communication with a human more easily--which, in turn, allows for more conversation to take place during the session.
