Intuitive Session Prep
For those unsure about what to expect from a session with Danielle, the following session preparation information has been provided. Sometimes just reading through this section can calm the nerves. Also, it is important to become familiar with Danielle's cancellation policy before booking a session.
General Info
All sessions take place via phone so a working phone number must be provided prior to the session. Note: International clients are expected to call Danielle at her office at the appointed time. Client using SKYPE must set this up prior to their appointment. Distractions such as children, TV’s, cell phones and other devices are strongly discouraged.
Recording Sessions
Clients are responsible for recording their own sessions. To record your session please visit a free recording site (such as www.freeconferencecall.com). Once you've completed your registration, you'll be given a conference call phone number. Please log into your account (found here) and enter the conference call number into your account as your phone number. This step is required so that Danielle knows what number to call at the session time.
Guide Session Preparation
For the most successful session, it is best to be prepared to talk about several different subjects. Clients who pay attention the week prior to their first session find that the "subjects" to talk about are very prominent in their lives. Often things come to a head or "explode" just in time for the session. The client's guides will ensure an awareness of exactly what to address in the session. Time should be spent writing out questions and the list should be ready for the beginning of the session. During the session, have additional paper and pen ready for note taking. Sessions are not recorded, however, clients are free to record the session on their own. Most clients do not remember everything that is said so a written record is essential. This is especially important as the client may not realize the significance of something until weeks after the session.
Cancellation Policy
A Credit card is required to reserve a session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled session will be charged the full amount of the session to the credit card on hand. Missed appointments and clients greater than 15 minutes late will also be charged the full fee for the appointment. No exceptions. It will be at Danielle's discretion whether to continue working with a client who missed an appointment. The full fee for the session will always be charged for the scheduled appointment regardless of tardiness or premature departure, and it is not possible for any appointment to go over the scheduled time. In other words, please be courteous of Danielle's time and respect and your own commitment to doing this work.
