To Schedule a Private Appointment

To be added to the wait list for a private session with Danielle, please complete the form below.  We will notify those on the wait list on a first-come first-served basis. The current wait is greater than six months. When you sign up for the wait list, we’ll also sign you up for our e-newsletter so you can be kept abreast of Danielle’s schedule until your turn on the list comes up. To schedule an Emergency Session

Danielle also offers emergency sessions for $495/55 minutes. If you’re interested in an emergency session, please email Danielle’s office and use the subject line “Emergency Session”. Danielle’s schedule is very full. Although we try our best, all Emergency Session requests cannot be honored but we will do our best!

To Cancel or Change a Private Appointment

Clients who miss appointments and/or are greater than 15 minutes late will forfeit their appointments and are charged the full fee for the service. Also see change and cancellation policy below.

To change an existing appointment, please call us at (866) 883-2280. We have a strict 72 business-hour change policy. Provided you adhere to the 72 business hour change policy, your session can be re-booked to a new date within 1 month of the first reservation.  A session may not be rescheduled more than two times.

To cancel an existing appointment, please call us at (866) 883-2280. We have a strict 72 business-hour cancellation policy. You will be refunded the session fee minus $100 as long as you adhered to the 72 business-hour cancellation policy. If you canceled outside of our guidelines, you will forfeit the entire session fee.

How long does it take to get a private session with Danielle

There is a wait list for a regular private session appointment with Danielle. To be added to the wait list, please complete the form below.  We’ll notify you via email from admin@daniellemackinnon.com when your turn comes up.

Is there a faster way to get a private session with Danielle?

Danielle offers emergency sessions based on her availability. Due to Danielle’s schedule, all Emergency Session requests cannot be honored.

Does Danielle located lost animals or missing persons?

Danielle does not work with lost animals as she does not feel that this work is one of her strengths. She does, however, recommend Joe Polivick who can be reached at JoePolivick.com. Email joe@joepolivick.com Phone (855) 651-4440.

Danielle does not work with missing persons cases.

Can Danielle predict my future?

Danielle does not use her skills to predict the future. Instead, she prefers to help you create your own future.

What type of session should I choose?

The type of session you choose is not important. If you would like to look at Soul Contracts, hear from your Guides and connect with your dog that can all be done in one session. The only limitation is time. If you are unsure which session to choose, book a Guidance Session and in the beginning of the session tell Danielle of the different things you would like to do during the session.

I purchased a product and I’m having trouble with the download. What should I do?

First, please check your SPAM folder. 99.99% of the the time we have found that to be the problem. The email sender will be “admin@daniellemackinnon.com.” If you continue to have problems, please contact Customer Service.

I purchased a class or product and can’t remember my username or login. What should I do?

When you initially made your purchase, you should have received a thank you email listing your username and password. Please check your spam folder first. If you still can’t find your username and pasword, please contact Customer Service. We’ll return your email within 24 business hours.

Can I record my call with Danielle?

Absolutely! Please visit the Session Preparation Page for information on how to do that.
