Animal Session Prep
For those unsure about what to expect from a session with Danielle, the following session preparation information has been provided. Sometimes just reading through this page can calm the nerves. Also, it is important to become familiar with Danielle's cancellation policy before booking a session.
General Info
All session are completed via phone so a working phone number must be provided prior to the session. Note: International clients are expected to call Danielle at her office at the appointed time via a land line - or SKYPE. If you plan to use SKYPE, please email Danielle with your SKYPE number.
Although a phone session is always sufficient, if you would like Danielle to work with your animal in person, please check her calendar to see if she will be working in an area near you.
Recording Sessions
Clients are responsible for recording their own sessions. To record your session please visit a free recording site (such as www.freeconferencecall.com). Once you've completed your registration, you'll be given a conference call phone number. Please log into your account (found here) and enter the conference call number into your account as your phone number. This step is required so that Danielle knows what number to call at the session time.
Animal Communication Session Prep
It is helpful for the client to prepare his or her animal beforehand. In the most successful session, the client lets their pet know that "Danielle will be talking with them about their lives on Monday". This allows the pet to get ready and also opens up a channel of communication between the client and the pet that may not have been activated before. Animals prepared beforehand usually open to this form of communication with a human more easily--which, in turn, allows for more conversation to take place during the session.
The most rewarding sessions occur when the client comes prepared with questions to ask of or about their animal. Please have a list of questions or issues ready to be discussed during the meeting. Also, for in-person animal communication sessions, it is most helpful to have your animal in a calm state whenever possible. Stressing the animal out in order to bring him/her to Danielle for an in-person appointment can lead to a less rewarding communication. In the case of some animals, an at-home visit or a phone consultation may actually be more successful.
Remember to have paper and pen ready to write down any remedies, homework or other important pieces that come up during the session. For more info, go to the Animal Communication page.
Cancellation Policy
A credit card and registration with our online system is required to reserve a session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled session will be charged the full amount of the session. Missed appointments will also be charged to the credit card. No exceptions. It will be at Danielle's discretion whether to continue working with a client who missed an appointment. The full fee for the session will always be charged for the scheduled appointment regardless of tardiness or premature departure, and it is not possible for any appointment to go over the scheduled time. Clients more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, will forfeit their appointment and be charged the cancellation fee (the full cost of the session). In other words, please be courteous of Danielle's time and respect and your own commitment to doing this work.
